Is sunlight the most effective at height growth?
I wouldn’t say it’s more effective than all of the other foods, but it provides your body with Vitamin D, which is important for your bone growth and overall health.

I’m going to change what I eat a little and switch the things I have to what it says here . I will go grocery shopping and I know this will work plus the exercise because my mom is very short but when she was started thinking about growing at the age of 13 she started eating healthy food and would swim a lot . She grew a lot and she was satisfied with her height when she turned 16 and looked back at her short self in pictures and videos .

Fasting increases your HGH (source), but it doesn’t matter when you fast. And I don’t think eating oatmeal increases your HGH.
